What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and in its original packaging. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card Company to process the refund.

Can I exchange the Bluetooth Car Play Adapter for a different product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange the Bluetooth Car Play Adapter for a different product, we recommend returning the item and placing a separate order for the desired product.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.
